We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch (£12.95)
  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free for orders over £50)

How long does it take to process a refund?
