  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Exterior Paints, Stains & Oils (due to chemical regulations)
  • Personalized or custom-made garden products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as “final sale”)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label if your return is eligible
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Attach the return label and drop at your nearest DHL/FedEx location
