  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to some Asian regions and remote locations.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Exterior Paints, Stains & Oils (due to chemical regulations)

Step-by-Step Returns Process

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Attach the return label and drop at your nearest DHL/FedEx location

Refund Processing

Exchange Requests
